These terms of sale govern sales made on this website between [Raison sociale] (the seller) and any individual buying for non-professional purposes (the customer). Placing an order means accepting these terms, in the version online on the day of the order.
Products are described and photographed with the greatest care. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are offered while stocks last; stock is checked when the order is confirmed.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French VAT included). Shipping is charged at a single flat rate, whatever is in your bag, shown before payment. The price charged is the one shown in the order summary.
The customer chooses the products, enters their contact details and delivery address, then is redirected to the secure payment page. The order is final once the payment is accepted; a confirmation email is then sent.
If the customer does not have an account yet, one is created in their name with the order, so they can follow their orders. They receive a link to choose their password.
Payment is made by card, on the secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Your card details never pass through our website and are not stored by the seller. The customer's account is charged when the order is confirmed.
Products are delivered in metropolitan France, to the address given with the order, within [délai de livraison, par exemple 3 à 5 jours ouvrés] after shipping. An email with the tracking number is sent when the order ships. If a parcel is significantly late or damaged, contact us at contact@example.com.
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receiving the order to withdraw, without giving any reason. They let us know at contact@example.com, then send the products back, unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of telling us. Return costs are paid by the customer.
The seller refunds all amounts paid, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method. The refund may be delayed until the products are received.
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To use them, contact us at contact@example.com.
For any question or complaint, write to us at contact@example.com. If a dispute is not resolved, the customer can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [Nom et site du médiateur de la consommation].
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts.
